Aluminium Extrusion Machineries

We manufacture & supply Casting Machines, Billet/Log End Cutting Machines, Puller, Handling System (Belt Conveyor type), Stretching Machine, Hot Log Shear, Pre-heating Ovens for billet & dies, Ageing Oven (Electrical/Oil fired), Melting Furnace (Oil/gas fired), etc according to specific requirement depending on the size of the Extrusion Plant. To keep pace with the changing global techno-economical scenario, we have entered into a business tie-up with a Chinese Manufacturing Company - DEBO Machinery Co Ltd headed by the EX CEO of M/s Cheng Hua Machinery Co Ltd, Taiwan with a vast and varied experience in Extrusion Press manufacturing and also all ancillaries required for aluminium extrusion.

Consultancy and Project Implementation

Turnkey execution of Extrusion Projects will include design, layout, budgeting, procurement and manufacturing of required machinery within the scope of the budget, erection, and commissioning of the project. After completing the setup, trial runs will be conducted to ensure the required level of performance as anticipated by the customer. Modernization and modification of existing plants are also undertaken, incorporating most modern technologies in the industry.
